My summers are filled with fairs and festivals. The ambiance is filled with art, music and happy people. My kind of scene. Plus, can’t forget all the delicious treats the food festivals have to offer. I love to dress for the occasion and when I think festival I think prints. These pants are perfect. The intrinsic tribal print is my favorite. It is artsy and flattering. I wore this outfit at a recent art fair in my city. I am looking forward to wearing these pants on a casual work day while the summer days are still on. I would pair it with a white/chambray blazer inspired by this look. Continue reading
Spring is in!This beautiful skirt is a fab find from Marshalls. ‘Never pay full price for fabulous’.
When it comes to work wear I love an outfit that breaks the norms without alerting the HR. This year has been all about the prints and pants are no exception. Personally I can’t get enough of it. I love bold prints, small prints and all prints. I also love a look that can take me from day to night, and pieces that are versatile are budget and closet friendly. This blouse is conservative yet also beautiful in lilac. With a white blazer it looks clean against a pair of tailored printed pants, as well as office appropriate. This statement necklace is not over-bearing which goes perfect with a work-friendly high neckline.
By adding just a few trend pieces such as these patterned pants, to your work wardrobe, you can look summer fabulous and professional without blowing the whole paycheck. After work, I would add a clutch, adding the perfect amount of sparkle for cocktails.
The subtle Geo print on these pants make them perfect for an office setting. Last seen here.

I love prints. The funkier the better. My current obsession is this ‘hello telephone’ print on this top. This summer be bold, be cheery and wear prints.
Peplums started making a comeback in 2009 (from it’s debut in the late forties and fifties). But, the revival of the trend has been apparent on the streets since September of 2011. And it’s popularity is increasing by the day. It is one of last year’s most celebrated trend. Labeled to be the most flattering trend in ages, this retro style is staying this year to give us a polished and curve complementing look. I like to channel all-out girlie style with a full skirt and a peplum blouse.
