Some of my favorite holiday outfits:
Here is a non-traditional holiday look. There is something magical and wintery about this color (Think Frozen). The beautiful baby blue color is perfect for this festive season especially when paired with a darker color like this black sparkly sweater. Stand out at your next holiday party in the array of red dresses with this modern combination. Continue reading

Are you ready for this holiday season? Dressing for Thanksgiving can be tricky. It is important to dress in an outfit that is cute and comfortable enough to enjoy that extra slice of pie. Even if your family has a casual style, it’s a holiday and you still want to look a little nicer than normal. In light of the goblets of wine and heaping plates of turkey to be enjoyed, here is an outfit idea not too casual, not too fussy, and just right for Turkey Day. Check back for more holiday style inspiration this week. #HolidayFashion Red is the perfect color for the holidays. It gives this comfortable jersey dress, a festive flair. Pair this cozy dress with a matching coat for a chic & relaxed outfit which is way more cheerful than just a jeans and a sweater. You are all set to take on the big (long) family dinner. I opted for a simpler look here, but a monochrome canvas, also gives a chance to wear your favorite jewels. See my previous year’s Thanksgiving style here (more red dresses). Continue reading
Are you traveling for Thanksgiving? Your slouchy trench coat is a wardrobe classic to begin with. It’ll also keep you warm and help you stay polished, no matter where you are headed. Throw one over a simple tee/ a cozy sweater, and opt for flat boots in order to get around easily.See my last year’s travel style with some cool travel tips here.
Today I have just the dress for the upcoming festive season. This fun embroidered dress can be dressed up or down depending on the mood or the party your will be attending. It’s cute and comfortable enough for all the holiday time feasting.
This look is brought to you by my partnership with an online retailer called Zaful – they work with many independent designers for a really eclectic and well curated selection of clothes and accessories. I love that they give a platform for creatives to sell their designs on a large scale. If you are looking for a variety designs at a reasonable price point, I highly suggest checking out their website. They have such an elaborate collection of unique pieces I had the toughest time picking out a dress when shopping.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. A printed jersey dress is perfect for the family holiday this fall season. I anticipate it to be comfortable and cute when my mom insists I have an extra slice of that awesome pie. Here I am styling two looks that can work for a casual get together or a dressy dinner party. These looks can easily be worn day to night. I am excited to sport the casual look with the flared converted-skirt in the day. It will be a fun time watching the Thanksgiving parade with the family. And then quickly dress it up for the holiday dinner party in the evening. I hope these looks put a spring in your step in this chilly weather and get you excited for the holiday indulgence coming up next week.
Ever since I set eyes on this beautiful gold watch from Timex, I knew it will be my go-to ‘it’ accessory this holiday season. This watch adds just the right amount of bling to any outfit. I love the rich gold color and the attention to detail in the design. I was surprised to discover that it is not very heavy and sits comfortably on my wrist.
Thank-you for stopping by!
A shift dress can be the most versatile piece of clothing in your closet. I especially love the printed one like this Wayf number. It makes a perfect outfit for family gatherings and friendly meet-ups. It is cozy and comfortable and can also be easily dressed up with accessories. Get yourself one (or more) this season and style it easily for all your occasions : casual or dressy. Continue reading
