This is my go-to hair mask to give extra moisture to my hair mainly because it is quick and easy. The best part is it also makes my hair super shiny. Avocados are awesome. Not only are they yummy to eat, they are also really really good for the health of your hair and scalp.
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon Vitamin E oil (or 2-3 Vitamin E capsules)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it up thoroughly. Apply to hair (preferably damp) evenly and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Add extra 10 minutes for an extra extra moisturizing results. Shampoo, condition and rinse right after for amazing hair. Repeat this hair treatment regularly and see all your hair problems become a thing of the past. I try to do it once every two weeks.
Note: If your hair is naturally oily, you might need to shampoo twice. Rinse and repeat.
